Because the indo has 3 bars, mostly indo datnoids u see are 4 bars. It's really up to what u call them by 3 bars or indo datnoid

I'm guessing its the 3 large stripes on the body you're actually counting?
I'm confused because if we were counting stripes I see 7

When we count the bars, We are only considering the ones on the main part of the body.
