No. Thats too many fish, not to mention thats barely large enough for them to turn around in. Look into smaller species of sunfish and you'd be in good shape though.
The Bullhead depends on which species too.
 
I think most blue gill around 8''. I'm pretty sure thats small enough to be able to turn in a 75. Not sure about the bullhead they usually get much bigger then a blue gill.
 
With any of the 3 larger species of bullhead, a 125g would be more appropriate.

im not 100% sure its a bluegill there only 2" long right now, how do i tell if they are bluegills when there that small, what fish do u recommend to put in i like fish that eat other fish..

what about like perch or... i dunno u tell me whats good for a 75.. or some 1 please cuzi m hearing mixed things was planning on heading to the lake today and trying to catch something else.... in Minnesota that or a pet store.. so just need to know which fish i should get then..
 
Any of the lepomis species would work in a 75g, just that with the 3 you have already, i would wait and find out what species they are before adding anymore fish.

okay about how long does that take to see color changes to id them, pretty sure there bluegills tho. and what is in the lepomis species if u can name a few with details going fishing today gunna keep my eye out for them, is a pumpkin seed in that category if so how many of them in a 75...
 
I would wait for them to reach 3-4 inches.
