3 ft lungfish!!!

hey guys...i was at my lfs today and there they have got a 1000 gal. fish tank...in it they have got a 3 ft, lungfish it is awesome...i was just wondering how big can those things get???

None of the african (Protopterus) LFs species can be trusted in comm setups. SA LFs are OK provided tankmates are too large to swallow and the LF is decently fed. AULs, too, can do well in comm setups.
