You have 2 Red Devils in a 29 gallon plus a pike, a blood parrot, breeding convicts and what else???

Give it a little more time and you'll most likely end up with a single stunted Red Devil who killed all the other tankmates. Sorry to sound negative but anyone else will tell you the same thing I'm sure.

i need to post some pictures of my new 75 gallon cichlid tank. Is there any rare cichlids out there that are aggressive but you can purchase on from a site online. anybody please answer thanks

Convicts are usually dirty little sob's but in all reality I don't think your going to have to worry about that much longer because your fish will all be dead by a PO'd RD here soon I mean not to sound like an a#$^^ but why do people always get a 29 gallon tank and think it will support several large cichlids:screwy:

i plan on getting rid of the cons and there fry

If you care about the fish you will sell the RD's and keep the convicts unless in the next few months you upgrade to a minimum 75g tank. Otherwise you will stunt them. Their body stops growing but their organs continue to grow to normal proportions. This leads to an awful shortened life for your little pet. Let me show you what I mean. Here's a few pics of an adult Devil/Midas. This guy is 13"+TL and what seems like 3"thick. He seems cramped in this 135 gallon. IT DOES NOT BELONG IN A 29 GALLON TANK. It's your tank though and you can do whatever you want with it. There's no law against abusing fish. I'm sorry because I know that sounded ugly but it's the facts bro, c'mon. Well good luck whatever you decide to do.

wow, personally i find that to be a prime example of what a nuchal hump should look like

that is a serious problem...maybe you should have stopped buying fish and started saving for a tank. The red devil by itself will eventually need a 75. I agree, you're gonna need to go bigger or get rid of some fish...

they have been in there for a while, they are fine. there is no way i would spend all that money on the tank, filters, filter pads, hp tests, algae control, gravel, fish food, plants, carbon pads, aquarium salt, ect. for a damn convict, haha

This hobby isn't for you.
