Both pictures of the Micropeltes show a bad conditioned fish.
Micropeltes can Bloom in pattern and beauty over 1', if treated well and kept in a big enough home.

ive seen this on osteoglossum that were kept wrong ,too.

And if you watch most chanan vids on youtube you must think, that only in the US channa are kept the wrong way
 
most likely a giant snakehead..but yea take the name off before you cause more problems..
 
hmmm his spine does look a little bent, but then this is the type of fish i keep and when they swim around the tank, their spines are very straight, so straight the tail bends upwards slightly. his colouring looks good and healthy. green *metallicy* (sp) colourings are always an idicator of health on giant sh
 
See normally I like to look before I leap and I swore that your location said NY last time. Anyway my bad, I know they are legal in Canada as are Asian Aro's.... So jealous.
