i catch them all the time...i go and try to catch little native fish,,,under logs... and in weeds and such...end up catching a pup....the first one i caught scared me ....i looked into the net and i thought it was a snake or something. I still have that original one now for almost 2 years...btw. he eats feeders and he is with a whole tank full of fish.
