3 pearl pup born yesterday...with question for any stingray breeder..

Your parents are nice, I ment how big were the pups. They look underdeveloped meaning she did not go full term. Hope they make it
 
You may be right. The pup is about 4 inches and only the biggest one swim around somewhat. The other ones stay at one place all the times, barely move even I touch them. I am afraid the smallest one may not make it, but time will tell.
 
How can you tell that the are underdeveloped?
I have the pup from this litter. He's now 7" and eating shrimp and nightcrawlers.
The only thing missing is his stinger.
 
They are just regular pearl, nothing special... Pictures are not that great since it is from cell phone...

Wouldnt be to concerned.
Just do a water change then a few days later, do another one. When my pups were born a few weeks ago, I did a water change everyday for the first three days after they were born.
My pups started eating after about 2 days. but its not unusual for them to go the first 4 or so days without eating.
Dont worry, just kee some blackworms in the bottom of the tank, nothing else. Since the blackworms are live, its better and will keep the water cleaner.

Im sure the pups will be fine also. Give them time, leave the lights off and leave them alone. They will be up and swimming around in no time..
