Mine is behind the curve, not even growing that much in 19 days it has only grown 3/4" idk wtf is up with him, it's not like he doesn't eat or have clean water..

Huh that is really odd...what's his diet like and do you have any airstones in the tank? The more oxygen in a tank the faster the fish grow.

He eats tilapia fillet cut up, and earthworms. I need to pick up some shrimp. The only airation in his tank is from the filter...no air stones.

Def. add some airstones, it helped me a lot when I had a few koi that just wouldn't grow, and I've got 2 airstones in my cat tank right now.

Little children. Haha, nah, I got a job at Walmart, I get discounts on everything..including seafood. Plus Paraiba have really slow growth rates, 2-14" in a year, still going to be a real beast.

Slow growth also can sometimes indicate a parasite in the gut.

^very true, I am picking up some meds this weekend as well, I need to get this issue cleared up.
