It's Florida, it could be one of a million things native or non-native
Even if it was non-native, 30ft is pretty amazing :D

The only known non-native animal I know of that can even approach 30ft is the Reticulated Python...

That looks like Punta Gorda, which is where I go every year in the spring. The creature in the video resembles a manatee or some kind of pinneped-like thing rolling around.

In one frame it almost looks like it's spouting water...?
Maybe a Dolphin rolling around...?
In any case the animal in the video does not look 30 feet long...
*SPLASH* *JUMP* "That was a Mullet..."

A man that age would call anything over 6 feet "30 feet". Maybe he was rounding up to the nearest 30 feet.

Its probably just a big snake that some dumbass got and realized it was to big to keep and illegally let it go... Unfortunately that happens a lot in Florida :[

Manatee, Dolphin, retic python, buramese python... plausable any of these. burms and retics both get close to 30' and both are non-natives in florida I'm aware of. one pic does look like a manatee nose. but on a less realistic out-look..

OMG IT'S GIANT SNAKEHEADS! LIKE THAT MOVIE I SAW ON SCI-FI! OMG!

.. -.-... please note that was sarcasm and a heavy amount of head shakeing involved.

I would lick my dog clean if it was an Oarfish ;)

Any as for the Snake theories, Reticulated Pythons have been known to swim through seawater to reach offshore islands, so it is possible. Although the animal in the video looked more like a Manatee.

I didn't see any animal in the video... just a head and some water movement.
