forget it all i can only have a tank as big as a29 tell i move out.. and the maxium 29 i can have is 3

CB if the problem is the weight then you're better off with either a 30L or 40BR. 30 will weigh the same as a 29 but have 20% more surface area and spread the weight better. 40BR will have almost twice the surface area and again spread the weight better. I can understand no 55 because again it's a tall tank. Not sure if your uncle will go for the logic but if the weight is an issue the 30 and 40 are better options (and of course better for you and your fish).
I agree get a 30 long or a 40 breeder forreal. And a penguin emperor like i have the 350 you can get them for 30 bucks and they are rated for a 75 gallon tank x2 the size.

tank 2: put a mf pair of cons (so u can be a con breeder)
tank 3 : put the firemouth, bichir, albino clawed frog ,2 kholio loaches
sell pleco he gets as long as ur tank.
buy a bristlenose pleco they get 6" to 7" max
