A Figure 8 Puffer is a great all around puffer, requires brackish water and would appreciate the swimming space at about 3 inches in length and will love you for a long time (15 years) if you treat it well...
I have 2 T. Suvatti and 1 T. Miurus at the moment, love them both, but they are not for everyone.
