Interesting, would love to hear more.........

Negative...I was quoted 9k, yes 9k for my 8' - 62" ---I sort of left it like they have little time for individual tanks but rather supply thier contracted big boys who pay the big bucks. Oh well, didn't hurt to try.:irked:

Whoa! sssh, Tenecor also does custom backgrounds. I have a hook up at the Phoenix Zoo who told me they do all of their projects...$$$$$$$$$

I need a 60" :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::WHOA::WHOA:

I don't think I could do a Tenecor tank, much less a 3d background. They quoted me over 1K just for a minimum, no frills 4' tank.

But... I was so pleased to get my 5x2 wood stand and canopy off Craigslist today. I found out they were manufactured by Tenecor and the guy spent about 4K on tank, stand, and canopy. I got them for cheap cheap cheap! (I still need a tank, but at least I have some equipment to get me going).

Thanks! As soon as the stand gets moved into my house tomorrow, I'll take some pictures and start a thread. I'm so excited about finally setting up my "dream tank". :)

Thanks for the info above, to bad it's so pricy.
I was just at the Sea Life Arizona exhibit at Arizona Mills Mall and they have some very nice exhibits. They seem to make the backgrounds out of concrete and they look very good. Even the mangrove trees look like trees not concrete. I have to learn how to do that!
