I had a 40 gallon breeder Marineland tank which top frame cracked. I tried to get Mainland to replace the tank but they wouldn't. I was very surprised of this because how much does a 40 gal. really cost them ?? They put me through the mill. I had to take pictures show receipt , show where it came from and then waited and waited and waited for a response. After all this can you believe Mainland said this happened in shipping. I explained to them I had the tank for over 8 months and It was fine. They still stuck to there crazy story. I had no luck with them. I wish you the best. I just went to another company when I purchased My large tank. There is so many companies out there that build tanks , I did not want to deal with Mainland any more. They will not do custom orders either. Something as simple as don't drill the tank. Can you believe this ??? good luck. Keep us updated.
