If the tank was in a fish room in your basement with a concrete floor I'd try lining from the inside and just keep water in it for a couple weeks to see if it leaks. I'd keep it on the floor near a drain and see if the floor gets wet, if it does no harm no foul at least you tried.

Savage the good glass panels, and build a 1" marine plywood tank and use the good glass for viewing panels.

frameless tank with cracks = 300 gallon water leak.

another option would to be have a frame welded up and then silicone in the good glass you still have...
