Firstly I did not say that I hated the way you guys build your stand's, They just dont appeal to me thats all.
My question started as a why do you build stands the way you do, IE so overbuilt that it could support probably twice the weight if not more than that.
If you are happy with the way your stand look then that is what matters,also that it will hold the required weight and looking at it, it will.
