I'm looking at purchasing a used 300 gallon aquarium... Posting a picture of the corner of the tank to see if this should be something to be concerned with?

Possibly old air bubbles or starting to separate from outer edge from pressure. Usually acrylic is permanently welded from acrylic glue used. Hard to see in photos exactly what it is. Sun may have weakened it outside or anything really.

Do you want 300 plus gallons on your floor for a deal?

My suggestion is fill it up and see after 1 week full then maybe buy it.
Good luck

Kind of just looks like some scratching on the corner from being bumped. Hard to tell from a low quality picture.

But that's a $2800 aquarium. If the price is right, take a chance on it. Do they have the TruVu stand too? If so that's a $4100 setup...

Those do look like bubbles, but it looks like its only on the outer edge. You could try welding that edge. Maybe someone with more experience will chime in. I'd be tempted to take a chance for the right price... I mean, if it's like $500 for aquarium + stand... but if it's $2000 I'd walk.

I believe I found the sticky you are referencing and it is Weldon 40... very interesting... I'd have to see a video to feel confident though on how someone applies that stuff.
