300 Gallon Acrylic Tank Question??

i added two air stones in the tank few days ago. the pic in my avatar is my old 120.

so i added NutraFin Cycle Biological Aquarium Supplement. it took two big bottles of the stuff in two days. its basically 25ml for every 10 gallons then the next day its 10ml per 10 gallons. i cant believe i went through two 1000 gallon bottles. but 300 gallons is alot i guess. hopefully it works and controls the nh3/nh4 and no3.

This might be a good example for using/keeping a bottle of Prime on hand.

Definitely keep us updated on the progress. I have used similar "BB in a bottle" such as Stability and Bio-Spira and have had nothing but great results *knock on wood* I hope what you used re-establishes your BB colony soon.

try no salt i did an the eyes cleared i no longer use salt

What about StressZyme with BB? I use this after a waterchange

simply dont use any salt if your fish dont come from a natural salted environment
