Well, its been about 3 1/2 months since i set up this tank and I figured it was about time to post some updated pics. The festae most definitely appears to be female and the Jd and Freddy are the most unlikely odd couple. The convict was recently reintroduced to the tank because she was terrorizing my festae so i moved her to a 90 with a small GT and a Firemouth. Huge mistake. All was well for a week or so, so i figured they would get along fine, but the Gt beat up the con so badly that i had to keep her in a hospital tank for about 2 weeks and really thought she wasn't going to make it,. Fins were shredded, she never colored up and stopped eating altogether. Looks like she's making quite the rebound back in the big tank.

The odd pleco is an L147 that posed so i grabbed a pic as well. The one under the wood is one of the many L75's we keep. Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys! Yeah, the Festae was the reason i setup this tank in the first place. By far my fav cichlid and boy has she colored up lately. Kinda surprised because she's still only about 4 - 4 1/2" but she is on her way to be a looker for sure.
