Lol I had to buy my wife a new mattress and box spring.

Inside dimensions are 72 x 36 x 29 ~325 gallons. I'll be either using my old 75 gal as a sump, or build a sump with leftover plywood and epoxy.

Was given these 2 pumps. Hopefully I can use one of them as my sump pump. The other I'll probably just sell on Craigslist.

Are those hot tub pumps? They will work but they use a lot of power and are usually noisy as hell.

Yea they are both from whirlpool tubs. The small is actually very quiet. I'll have to wait and see on the poer part.

Looking good so far. Are you using glass or acrylic? What about stock?

Just check my power bill, and did some calculations. It will cost me about 18 dollars a month to run the small pump 24/7.

I will be using 1/2 glass. Stock not set in stone yet. It will me a mix of Cichlids. I have a buddy that owns a pet store so I don't pay for my fish.
