This is exactly what I'm building right now except mines 84" x 30" x 29"

Few questions if you don't mind?
1) Do you silicone the corners, then fiberglass, then add the epoxy?
2) Did the silicone for the glass stick to the epoxy real well?
3) How much was your front glass at 1/2" thick and where did you find it?

1) Do you silicone the corners, then fiberglass, then add the epoxy? No I put fiberglass resin in the seams then fiberglass over that. Only silicone the window in.
2) Did the silicone for the glass stick to the epoxy real well? Yes the silicone adhered to it without a problem.
3) How much was your front glass at 1/2" thick and where did you find it? The front pane was 180 from Glass cages.
