Yea its quite a smell when i had this set up before it stunk and the humidity was bad since i had it covered and a dehumidifier it wasnt too bad... i would cover the top but this is the only view ..... i do have pond netting from the first time i set this up tho

Couple of Shubunkins!? Maybe some water plants if you have the light..
