Just to add to this conversation, Midwest Custom built my 375 and delivered it for WAY less than the 3500 mentioned above. They do excellent work and have EXCELLENT communication.
 
I bought in August of 2010, so pricing is likely not current. I also added a few things for my specific needs. I suggest reaching out and getting a pricing quote for your specific tank needs! info@midwestcustomaquariums.com - his name is Chris and I believe he is based out of Minnesota. He actually builds the tanks as well. I had mine delivered to Li's business address because of the loading dock option. (Thanks again, Li)

I paid about a grand less than you mentioned above if I remember correctly.
