300 gallon tank - the project begins!

I'm not real sure which reeflo dart I got, I'll check the links a little later.

Today has been a busy day. I went and picked up some eggcrate, some pvc pipe, and some other goodies. I also purchased two more panes of glass.

I just removed the first baffle, that was a job! I decided that it was too high. The reason is that it is so close to the top of the tank I really didn't have room to install the diy mounts for the filter socks. I am getting ready to start mounting them, once I get done I will post again.

:nilly: I can not imagine a 96 " Mine is gonna be about 96X48 hopefully maybe not as tall though. I am stoked and I am sure my Tiger shovel nose and wompok and future aro's are stoked as well. :headbang2
 
Just put on the third coat of paint on the back of the tank. It's ready to move tomorrow!

Now I have to get back to the sump then clean up the room it's going to go in. It's going to be a pain in the butt!!! I have to empty the 210, put the 210 on it's new stand, move the 210 to the opposite side of the room. Then we have to bring the 300 in, then put it in it's place. After that we have to move the 210 and stand again. Plus, I have to figure out something to do with the old 210 stand. It's going to be a long day!!!

Dude you know your siked. Its not like working doing this kind of stuff. Except moving the 300 gallon tank!
 
Thats nice----------I like the deminions alot. Most i see are to short for my taste.
