3000 gallon Koi Pond

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well I decided I have to many hobbies going on at the moment and the trains are going back into storage for a while. I'm focusing on the tanks and the shark/ray tank i'm setting up and just making the outdoor area a very nice place.

Plus I am still having issues with my waterfall, going to be the third time redoing it to hopefully get it right. Any suggestions i'd be greatly appreciated. I'm going to post some more pics this sunday once I have it done and looking better.

Whats wrong w/the falls?

Leaking, not enough splashing, to low/high of water drop...

Let us know.

agreed...im planning on doing either a pond or just a nice fall just for the noice...how tall it is? and how big is your pump on it?...looks cool

Very natural

Thanks!! I've had a cold over the past few days so never made it outside but as for the falls, I'm just not satisfied. My girlfriend loves it so it might just stay the same. On each side the water drops 2 feet at most before it hits the water. I am running everything off of one pump that pushes I think 1800 gallons an hour. It's very soothing since I can hear the pond from my back door and thats 30-40 feet away.

Since i'm doing better I'm planning on working in the yard tomorrow and cleaning the pond a bit so i will be taking updated pics and some video.

As for the look of the pond. I am trying to go all natural as possible.
