300dd or 265?

After all this...I'm thinking the 300 may be too wide for where it is going...:wall: Well damn now I want the 300...but thinking I may have to settle for the 265...
 
Gotta plan! That was my mistake... Got so excited about finding a 450gal, after purchase, I realized it wasn't good dimensions for my turtles... Only 20in deep... Got caught up... But it's SO EXCITING to plan for larger tanks! If you can make it fit and the floor can support it, I say go for the 300. You know, if it helps, 265 isn't exactly a tiny tank ;) TONS can be done with 265 gallons too.
 
Yeah, either way its going to be full of Moba frontosa...have them growing out in a 125 right now. I am planning a big tank in the basement down the road for some real monsters.
