in my unprofessional opinion i would say sure. like you and many others i have seen lots of threads with builds just like yours. i have seen 0 threads about a home built 2X4 2X6 2X8 stand collapse. i read a post not too long ago about the strength of just the 2X4 and how really overbuilt a 2X6 and 2X8 stand is. i would say your stand is fine just like 10's or up to a 100 others on MFK. my question about hangers was just out of curiosity.
i think the point mastiff made is that with a glass tank, the bottom is in a frame and only the frame rests on the stand. all the weight is distributed around the outside perimeter and little to nothing is felt by the center cross bracing ( your 2X6's front to back ). an acrylic tank is flat on the bottom and all the weight is distributed over the whole bottom. if memory is correct i think quite a few put a single piece of 1/2 or 3/4 over the whole stand top ( 8 X 2 X 1/2 ) to distribute the load over the entire base evenly.
The one other thing you could have done for some extra insurance is double up that 2x6. I think it will be fine I just like to overdo the stands that I have built. There are many homemade stands out there that should have collapsed by now. Yours looks pretty well thoughtout. Good luck

Right hole will have a door, along with the right side having a door. Wetdry and a couple canisters on that side. Im making the side a door as well so i have a lot of access to the filtration.
