300ish Gallon plywood - First attempt

I hope I didn't just read 383 posts on this thread for nothing... I was really excited to see the final product! 
Hello all. I must aplogize for my lack of updates and stuff.
Sadly I became a statistic of those who start a build but are unable to finish it. The Tank and stand are still in one piece but have been on hold. I started doing paperwork to get into the military again which would make a large tank like that a bad idea as I would have been moving soon.
As things went along it turned out it was gonna take a long time so I had to find something else to do for money and time to keep me busy. So I went back to school. It's a trade school which is more hands on training but the upfront costs are higher due to tools and such so I ended up working 18 hours a day for a few months to be able to pay for school without having to take any loans out (a personal choice).
I also got married and had a car wreck. So I did indeed become a victim of life for a while.
As of last week I started school and am getting into the swing of things so work on the tank in the near future may be possible but need to make sure school is paid for first.
In other fish news I still have 4 tanks up and running and doing well. A 60, 20L, 20L, 10.
The two 20L's house pairs of breeding kribs which had been largely unsuccessful until I went out of town camping 2 weeks ago. The wife and I returned home to one of my breeding pairs herding around about 80 baby Kribs.
So that brings everyone up to speed.

The apology is nice and all, but unless this tank is cycled and stocked by midsummer at the latest I am jumping off this build.

The sump is done and the tank needs glass and final seal. Only things left are the bigger dollar items such as the glass, a good heater,the pump, fish$$$$.
But considering today is the 4th and I've already spent 6,000 dollars this month. It's not looking good.
Good to see that you're still with us. And just to let you know I borrowed your idea to use clorinated rubber paint and my tank has been holding water for about two weeks now.

I had my sump box filled with water for nearly a month. I tested it weekly for chlorine and never showed even 1 ppm. So I'm fairly certain that the stuff is totally inert once cured. It's a much cheaper alternative to a lot of things. You get peace of mind with the others but this one seems to be A-OK.
