300ish Gallon plywood - First attempt

Ok. got most of the top put together.
Pinned the pieces on. They will need to be removed to put the glass in.
One Cutout
Two cutouts.
I'll fit the little pieces in later. I will fit them super snug to help prevent flexing.
I'll clean it up and get the outside painted with the gray waterproof paint.
The rubber paint will be here Thursday but I'll be doing a few tests first such as weather the paint will stick to silicone or epoxy.

I find it interesting that I'm getting about 1 response for every 25 views or so.
I'm gonna take the top pieces off tomorrow and try to get a coat of paint on the outside. Hopefully I can get it warm enough in the shop to paint. I didn't start a fire till about 11 today and it never got over 50 in the shop. Felt warm compared to outside but I can not paint in it.

yes sir. gonna drill bulkheads at the correct levels for a sump that is about 60 gallon capacity. Also plywood.
Heres the outer box from a few days ago.
I also have a Large Diatom filter for weekly super water filtration as it can filter down to 1 micron if needed.
Maybe I should have been more clear with my question, I feel bad because it sounds as if I haven't read the thread.. I have. What I meant was the bulkhead/piping system to get to the sump and then of course how the sump was going to be used... whether the standard clasic mech/bio/return, or something like a refugium or algea sheet combo? I built mine with the idea of using a classic style sump. However, when I found my flow rates were lower than anticipated I rethought my design and made a plant filter...
