310 gal Compatibility/Stocking Question

 • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I like you stock list but like eveyone else I think the jewels are to passive. I my self had a couple of them but the both died from stress it think from consantantly being picked on. They are a beautiful fish just not right for that tank

Ok the tank is back on track with some changes. I have a red tail giant gourami in another tank that has outgrown it as well as his tank mates and is bullying them like a thug. I have had him 3 years already and decided to keep him as my wet pet. Accordingly he got a name, I don't know where it came from, but I call him Ted.

So Ted is moving to the 300gal as well. This will negate a portion of bioload from previous stocklist being removed. Here are my thoughts on this:
Ted-14-15" TL
20 Labidochromis Caeruleus
2 groups Neolamprologus Brichardi
6 Sciaenochromis fryeri
2 venustus for population control
8 synodontis perticola

Will like to hear suggestions or comments.

ordered plywood to reinforce edges of stand. Will post pics when things change.

I think the Neolamps would get eaten by Ted. Expensive food for him if you ask me.

Giant gouramis will eat smaller fish if given the chance :)

You could also try frontosas, large upside down catfishes, blue dolphins

There is going to be about 300kg of rock piles. Also, brichardi are not expensive here at all, maybe $1 for medium sized one. I will look at adding blue dolphins at a later stage.

Oh...well then you should be good to go. Neolamps are about $5 here

Set up the tank for Ted. Here is the link.

Also added 21 yellow labs. 15 of them large.
and 3 freyi.

Also few picks of the rock piles.
