310 Gallon Pond w CA/s

Getting the stock tank this friday. So for stocking im thinking this.
1 pair of Jags
1 pair of Motas
1 A. Chanco
1 Black Nasty
1 Umbee
1 Barred Midas
1 Red Bay Snook
8 convicts for target fish.

Okay the stock tank is cicular so i was thinking of putting thre cinder blocks in a triangle in the middle, then pile driftwood around and ontop of those, then around the outside have some tara coda pots and tubes for the fish. Oh yea the bottom is gonna be sand.

I've always been the kind of guy that gives fish more room...

a 300g tank with a 30" space (The 300g MFK'ers like).. To me, thats a pair of Dovii.

Im not into overstocking, I prefer to give fish their space.





Overstocking the crap out of tanks is what people with not enough money for a really good setup do... It always sounds fine when you really want something. But pick a couple fish from that list and save your pennies !!

There is a fundamental truth in all animal keeping, this goes from my FW to my Reefs, to my Tarantulas....

for sure that stock list will have you wasting good money you could have spent on a larger pond on dead fish. the pair of jags will if they pair up tear the rest of the tank apart, if they dont then tear each other up. make them singles instead of pairs, and take 2 species off the list and you could be in alot better shape. use that money to get a little larger tank, or build a wood frame pond liner pond.
