315 Gallon Setup - TITAN AQUATIC!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Can't wait to see it fully stocked. Very nice.

I use Supreme Hy-drive pumps on my 750. Seem to be very quiet and if I remember correctly they were more energy efficient then a lot of other pumps I lookded at

about recycling the tank and sump, i would suggest you putting air stone in the sump and the tank to speed up the cycling process, you probably can remove them after the tank has been fully cycled. I was trying to to cycle my 75 gallon with 20 gallon sump for 3 weeks without success. i measured ammonia almost daily and it range from 2-6. i had 1 of my ray in there so it forced me to do water change every other day. I had a korialia powerhead in the tank , just like you do and saw no improvement on the ammonia level in those 3 weeks period. After reading a couple of post some where about bacteria and oxygen. i added a large airstone to the sump and also put in a 2nd power in the tank with a air hose attached to produce micro bubble and alot of it. I immediately saw the ammonia level being reduced the next day and within 4 days, my ammonia level is 0.

first fish is in today! finally! its nice to see my 8 year old rtg in his final home. theres now a lot of room for him to swim around and he can finally turn without hitting his tail on the glass. my widebar dat and loach will go in at the end of the week. rays i will hold off a little longer. probably around the 3rd or 4th week.

I spent August in Vancouver and I loved it! Now with the picture of that Asian Aro I may move up there half time and "Snowbird" to Arizona :)

Thanks for posting this thread! I already contacted Titan about my new monster tank :)

Who do I talk to about the Asian Aro? (wink)
