It's pretty likely that the ornate will injure the senegal because of the small tank and that ornates are considered the most aggresion type of bichirs and tend to be big bullies. I would just keep the senegals.

Decided not to get it 
I'm sure it will go to a great owner who would be better suited to care for it.
