32lb koi caught in Shreveport,LA

thats not as bad as a asian restruant i know. they had two giant gouramis. one got too big ... lets just say now thiers only one... and they bragged about eating it. lol thats nasty
the only issue i have is that it doesnt look anywhere near 32 lbs, it looks closer to 15. i just shot a dozen carp today and at about 3' a fat female only weighs about 15-20 lbs.
I heard they taste "muddy." There are so many other good tasting fish out there, but I guess the fisherman figured why waste it?
alot of people eat carp. it is best if you smoke it, but it is edible grilled or fried, never heard of anyone steaming it though.
you know, every one thinks this is amusing, wich it is to a certain degree, but this and all the pics of knives n other TROPICAL fish being taken from american lakes n watersheds is exactly why that hr669 is being considered.
