i read theyre super rare and not too cheap... lol
and supposedly half the time theyre sold as hystrix but end up being retics and other smaller rays.
any other ideas?

if you know your rays you cant mix them up. retics are normaly darker, linger tail, and dont get as fat and thick as hystrixs. there paterns look nothing alike. dipending on were you get them the price isnt too far off from both of them. there both nice rays even tho retics can be picky and need smaller food. motoros are nice abd even tho they get bigger a 330 will work just fine. my thought is skip the cat fish and pbass to save room and they also et like pigs and my steal food from the rayand dont beat up or try to eat the other tankmates. just my thought

What a good yellowish brown sand for my tank that is relatively cheap that is safe for rays ect
