Tank looks nice, it's a nice piece of wood. I'll also second the comments about the balzanii fitting in with the geos from warmer temps. IME the cooler temps aren;t just for breeding, and keeping balzanii too warm is a good way to shorten their lifespan. With a group of winemilleri, and the pellegrini and the threadfins I think your tank will be about right for eartheaters. I certainly wouldn't want to add more, but my personal preference is for larger groups of 1-2 species rather than the Pokemon style (gotta catch em all), perhaps consider some other non-eartheater tankmates, like plecs or other more mid-swimming SA cichlids.
Thanks for all the cmoments and I will keep it updated. I've been debating plants, however for now I'm going without them. As for the balzani I've been told and read that they like it especially for breeding purposes, however I'm not really concerned if they breed or not. I'll also go without a heater during winter to get it low 70's and everything will be fine with that.
Again thanks

I do not want any other cichlids in the tank that will mess with my Geo community and become a fight between different cichlids. That is why I moved to the Geo's in the first place is to get away from the constant fighting of larger cichlids.
^ Not to mention the geos are all going to fight amongst themselves. You'll probably see more aggression between the geos than you would if you added stuff like Heros, Mesonauta, Krobia, etc. In my experience the Geos I've kept interact very little (if at all) with other tankmates and mostly with their own kind.
