I'm the guy helping KiiNGGiiNGER build his dream tank. Just signed up so I could subscribe to the thread and see anything you guys have to say during the build process (I've been lurking the site for some time anyway). We might need some input in choosing the right pump, but we've come a long way already.
i am currently going thru the same thing.....i started to resin and tape seams etc using just the resin clear....when i started to use the tint into the resin i started to have problems with blotching once it was dry....really ticked me off as i wanted to have a black tank for my Fronts....I have built a few tanks using resin and never had this problem....anyway i am now using a product called liquid rubber recommended by Divinehammer which for one is a totally safe product and will still give me the black inside like i want.....
so with all the coats of resin in tank before switching to the liquid rubber, should be a rock solid tank...lol

Doesn't liquid rubber turn brown 
anyway as for the max acr just do a search on here and you'll find plenty of us that not only used it but swear by the stuff, amazing product.

And for stock I have 3 baby peacock bass and more than a few young polypterus species. Also wanna get a mega Raphael/Irwini soon.
