Take the RED pill! Wait which pill is that?:grinno::ROFL:
The red pill shows you just how deep the cichla world goes, the blue pill you wake up and youre still keeping Neon Tetras and Tiger Barbs :naughty:

Nice tank, awesome stock.

Where did you order the Ranco from? Got a link for the place? Thanks

I got it from http://www.rancoetc.com/?gclid=CN28zt3hqpkCFQudnAodtC_cpQ I talked to them about what I needed and they said the single stage is fine for up to 1800w. So I could run three 600w rather than three 500w if I needed to. But, these 500's seem to be doing the job just fine. They come in a prewired version, or one that you can wire yourself. Just for the ease of plug and play I ordered the prewired version. You can customize how long you want your extensions to be, and they determine the gauge of wire depending on the load you plan to use. This one has the heaviest gauge they offer, and it has a 6 port surge protector for the output side. Its a really nice unit. Easy to use. The cost of the pre-wired version compared to the DIY model is VERY minimal.
