I think you may want to reposition your powerheads a bit and see if you can't get a little more flow low in the tank. You have a little build up of waste and algae in the middle there.

Very good, reef I assume? Did you use unseeded base rock? I did that in my 315 FOWLR and after almost a year I am not having any problems but the rock looks nothing like the seeded rock I put in my reef. I am thinking of taking a few smaller rocks out of my reef and putting them in my 315 to hopefully add some Copepods and boost my Coreline growth. Nice big rocks you went with. Much easier to stack and less likely to be knocked over. I am looking forward to seeing your progress!

+1 if it helps any I aimed mine down at an angle and towards each other to cause trubulance off of each other and off of the glass. This keeps the rock cleaned off and gives the corals the movement they need. I also have one on the back, bottom of each side to blow behind the rocks. Really gets the detrious into the water column so it can be removed by the overflow.
