36' wide tanks ?

I have read alot of reply's that say get a tank that is 3 feet wide,but are u guys special ordering theses tank, custom builds or can u just go to ur lfs and buy one? Im in pa and the only tanks i have found 34' wide where a 92 corner and a 92 oceanic c. other than that our large tanks are 24' wide?

you are more than likely not going to get a "production" tank like all glass or whatever. Going to have to have a aquarium company make it
 
I have a LFS that will custom build tanks for you, but other wise I would have to order one.
 
glasscages.com they all all kinds of tanks and you can get one custom made if you cant find the right size. my buddy got one made from them and its really nice

thats pretty cool, my lfs will just set up your tank for you and maintain it but whats the fun in that? but does it cost a fortune to get one built there?

my tank is 5'*3'*25" when i ordered it from glass cages it was a custom size but now they have it as a 240 wide even tho its barley 235 gallons
