Make sure you check the seams on that 10year old tank. If there's any flaws you needs to have the re enforced especially due to the height of the tank. Here's the seams from my tank when I went to look at it. I'd fill that thing up for a few days before putting it in your house (make sure your home insurance current.) Lol. Good Luck!
