All plumbing is hooked back up. Tank is filled, no leaks! Now I have a new problem. Micro bubbles!?! All drain lines have been checked - that's not problem. Don't know what else to do, very frustrated.

Problem fixed with bubbles. I lowered the height of elbows in overflows and it helped a little but still had them. I took out 1" drains that go over the back and put a "T" on them. That was it. everything quieted down as well. I'll have to paint the 1" drains now and figure out a solution. Really didn't want a "T" there. I guess a ton of holes in the pipe will have same result???image.jpeg

These are the intake pipesimage.jpg there are 4 slits 5" long and 16 holes at 1/4". Hope these work.
Put in 300 lbs of crushed coral. Tank is CLOUDY. I've done a couple water changes and have filter going too. Hope it clears up in a couple days.
Finally got the floor in. image.jpeg

looking great!!! sure the mircro bubbles not just from the new water? water is cold in the pipes this time a year and holds allot of gas. cloudy water sounds like new tank syndrome, have you started cycling it?

Thanks. I haven't started cycling it yet, just want to make sure I have all the plumbing right before I do.
I plumbed in a canister filter as well last night.

Drained about 120 gallons, filled with water from active tank. It's a 120 that's been running for 2 years. Put in rocks from old tank, added some new, and transferred fish. image.jpeg
The 5 gallon bucket is drilled with tons of holes and has all the bio balls from old sump.

I was wondering if and how long will it take for the bio balls to "seed" the sand filter?
