My breeding room stand is finally finished. I built it out of discarded wood planks I got from garbage bins around the construction site where I work. The only thing I had to buy were the 12 cinder blocks it sits on.
Despite how it looks its incredibly strong. My cousin, uncle and myself all stood on it and started jumping up and down and it doesn't bow anywhere. There is no lateral movement either. I figure it could easily hold the weight of all the tanks that could potentially fit on it. I fired it together in about 4 hours. (it shows
)
Total cost: $37 CDN
Enjoy the pics!
Here's the discarded wood I found in the garbage bins at work.
This is the corner of my basement after I cleaned it up.
And the finished product. Redneck yes, but it'll serve its purpose well.
Here's a few of my tanks on it.
Some of the equipment I have laying around.
