3D background

Ok I want a 3D background for my tank. I have looked into making them buying them and stealing them... ok the last one is a joke.

One idea that I have seen others do is buy a 3D background for a reptile tank and put it in there fish tank. Has anyone ever done this. If so where did you buy them.

Also how would I know they are safe for fish? That is my biggest concern. Could I just seal it in aquarium safe epoxy?
 
Depends what they are made out of. Yes you could always coat them in epoxy, but if its foam it could melt to some degree.

He has a ton of Aquairum as well as Terrarium bacjkgrounds and Decor that are made of The Same Rubber used in pickup truck mats! The Color is Embedded into the material and they are coated during the Manufacturing process with Real Crushed Rock!

he best part is that you don't have to Cut them up to fit them in any tank! maybe some trimming to fit correctly. But they can Siliconed or have built in magnets that will hold to magnets tyhat you place on the outside of the tank! VERY Cool Stuff!

Yea I checked them out and looks pretty good. I called them and am just trying to figure out exactly what I want. Thanks I think this is what Im going to go with.
