There are hundreds of species of plecos. Two that do particularly well with cichlids are the Rubbernose and Bristlenose plecos. Both max out at around 5-6". I definitely wouldn't recommend the "common" plecostomus seen at most stores, as they will definitely outgrow your tank and produce much more waste than the two I mentioned above. Best of luck!
