you need somone to lift up on one end and another person push on the same end. The tank doesnt even have to leave the ground just relieve alot of the downward pressure. This worked for me , my dad lifted up and i squeezed myself between the tank and wall and used my whole shoulder and upper body to football shove the tank over while he was lifting up. It was hard but it got the job done. Hard wood floor helps it slip too though. Make sure you have somone watching you guys just incase the stand catches edge and the tank falls over.
