I live in a town where 3m has a plant as well as SCP pools and Spa's I'll make it a point to contact both tomorrow and a few friends that work at both and see if I can get prices and color availability.

Well called SCP today and got the reply of 22.00 for 50 lbs in black s-grade and 38.00 lbs in blue s-grade diffrence in price due to colors apperently this is at whole sale cost to me. Did some work for them a while back. Apperently from what I was told the handle North America 3-m is no longer handeling it here in Canada and are just selling of what ever stock they have left ( if this is true or not, I am not sure not verified at my end).
Note was reluctant to sell product at first due to not being a seller of SCP products till they new who I was. Although great time to buy my area due to winter and demand is low on this kind of product.
