I know NLS is denser than other foods so I was wandering how many 1 mm pellets should I feed my 2,5'' Jack dempsey each time ?

This is just a general guideline that I have recommended over the years to those who aren't sure about "how much".
A fishes stomach is approx the size of one of its eyes, so feed that amount to each fish keeping in mind that slightly underfeeding is always better than overfeeding. Over time adjust the amount as required.
