3rd time a charm? Dovii spawn

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Usually takes like 3 days. I got scared last week Cause I thought the female ate the eggs. She moved them. They originally spawned on the driftwood in the tank. She moved them underneath. Like a little cave i made under the DW. Now a bunch of fry in the tank. The male is so crazy now. Doesnt want me even feeding him. I have to put the food in the space at the back of the tank where my filter is. Crazy! Plus he is only 6in. Young pair. I can imagine your beast.

I can't wait to see some pics, glad you finally got some. Out of all mine, about 10-15 turned white about noon yesterday and no more since. I'm hoping the rest got fertilized.

Thanks. :) I haven't had a chance to take pics yet. 8 eggs exactly turned white by the third day. I got my fingers crossed for your batch. :)

It's about time that beast came thru! LOL good show Gerry, I gotta come by and check it out this weekend.

Yeah, he has bullets after all. :) Now if he would let the female eat more, she could have a decent sized spawn.
