Hi guys im starting a new display tank for 2 Red Tiger Oscar's the tank diamensions are 3 long by 2 foot high by 2 foot wide.
The stand will be 2 foot high for display purpose's
The tank will be a natural looking one with natural river gravel, river rocks and driftwood .
I am painting the back of the tank black for the reasons of a better
looking tank was going with a latex background but wanted to save myself the trouble.
Here's what im going to be getting for the tank:

. NCF 1200 external canister filter.
. SCUBA 1500 submesible heater.
. 3 foot Jebo light with aqua glow globe.
. 25 kg of river gravel / pebles.
. 6 pieces of large / medium river rocks.
. 3 large pieces of drift wood.
. 2x 5cm Red Tiger Oscars.

(Will be updating as soon as i get the tank):headbang2

Sounds pretty cool, although the two oscars will eventually outgrow it.

That's an uncommon shaped 90 gallon. GL with the project and don't forget to post some pics when you get it up and running.

Yeah thats a prettty good starter tank for oscars i bunch of people i know start there little oscars in 10 gallons and they quickly out grow it. Post pcs so we can see.

3x2x2 is a common size over here, we don't have this set size '29/55/75/90gal' nonsense.

As stated, 2 Oscars will outgrow it but it looks like you've got that under control.

25Kg is a good amount of substrate, I'd want a little more filtration perhaps and probably a better brand filter (I've never heard of NCF to be honest), but it all sounds alright. You will never go back to not having a black background either, I guarantee it :p

I wish I had painted my tank. The background gets air behind it constantly, and messes up how it looks.
