Hey Spizz, either would be cool but IMO I would go with two 210's, just because of the depth, depth seems to be a very under rated issue. But yeah, 2 feet deep, 29 inches high and 6 feet long......that would be nice....

i would do the two 210gallon tanks because then you could get bigger fish

My interest are CA/SA cichlids. I am not big on aros (although I am getting a jar soon) I like pikes, guapotes, and amphilophus.....I do have a lung that will need a deep deep tank in the future, but impo lungs can be housed in smaller tanks than other fish of the same length. I am not in to P bass, mundi, SH, or anything really much bigger than the fish I listed. I should have mentioned this in the beginning. I think I will go with 3 125's and 1 210....What do you guys think? Lets keep this going as there is so much good advice flowing in. This is a lot of fun and I thank you guys for offering your advice :):):):):):):):)

I think the 4 125's are the more versitle choice between the two but personally I'd have opted for the much better foot print of the 120's over the 125 even taking the 6' length into concideration.

I have 2x 120's on the way as well :) For my Polleni and pikes....

PS long time no see Wolfy :) I will have 29 tanks at the end of all this, without the 210.

A four foot or 5 foot 120?

Oop's....4' The 4x2x2 just works well....like the 6x2x2 180 and 8x2x2. 240 I don't like deeper tanks personally although I'd take wider in a heartbeat...

I've been taking care of some personal stuff so I havn't been on the board as much but I'm not dead....LOL I just faught off a tank crash on our 150. I'm happy to inform everyone that the fish are ALL fine and the tanks clear and stable once again.

spizz most lfs by me sells 180's for 800$:WHOA: but blue sierra exotics in issaquah sell brand new aga 180s for $630. 125s are proboably much cheaper.

I was quoted 700 tank only for the 210's what comes with those dmopar?
